Advising Verve Properties Ltd pre-purchase and to achieve planning permission for substantial remodelling and refurbishment of the former Sands End Community Centre converting it to residential. Site heavily constrained with neighbours on either side of party walls of a triangular  shaped site. No affordable housing or S106 contributions.

The Quadrangle

Advising on the application  of the new permitted development opportunity to convert The  Quadrangle an existing office building to 36 residential apartments. Achieving consent and a cost award at appeal. Current applications to alter the elevations, create balconies and winter gardens and communal roof terrace.

Graylands Estate

Advising to achieve permitted change of use from offices to residential at  Graylands  Estate Horsham. Submission of extensive alterations to external facade for new  windows, balconies and private gardens. Representations to the local plan for residential site  allocation.
