Lewisham and Southwark Colleges – LeSoCo

Advised the merged Lewisham and Southwark Colleges on the delivery of its strategic accommodation strategy, which involved the disposal of a number of its existing campus sites, whilst reinvesting the monies in significant expansion and updating of its retained campus buildings located in Southwark. Negotiated permission for the Southwark Campus at The Cut for two phases of development to remodel part of the campus and rebuild the remaining campus to double the floorspace in up to date buildings.

Part of the site has now been disposed of for residential development with the benefit of an outline planning permission secured on behalf of the College to assist the disposal and value generation.
